This ring features a high quality astrophyllite. It is a very rare mineral that’s more often seen in large crystal forms - not cut cabochons or gems for jewelry. This beauty has dark wine hued shards of flash throughout it. A very haunting and dramatic rare stone! It is set in a 14 karat yellow gold bezel with sterling silver backing and weapon weaver style band that tapers comfortably in back. This piece is an heirloom statement ring.
